ADJUDICATION NOTE: like those two, this is a multi-tenant building rather than a single-operator facility, so it is recorded in the same aggregate style; H5 Data Centers is a named operator inside it and is NOT proposed as a separate row. H5 describes it as a "225,000 square-foot data center and carrier hotel" on "the fiber-dense Hudson Street corridor" with "access to more than 40 communications carriers"; Netrality states it is "owned in Joint Venture with Jamestown, LP." Confirmed absences (2026-09-09): neither fetched source states an MW capacity (H5 says only "access to multiple Megawatts"), a cooling type, an investment figure, a job count, or any subsidy agreement. Square footage is recorded here in prose only because the schema has no square-footage field.
