What the source record says
STATUS RE-CHECK, NO CHANGE APPLIED, BUT FLAGGED. Two sources fetched this run point toward the site already serving customers - Core Scientific sells it as a current product, and the February 2026 $55M permit is framed as an EXPANSION of an existing facility rather than a first build. Neither states outright that the data center is energized and serving load, and this record is a pre-existing AUBix building that Core Scientific leased, so the boundary between the incumbent facility and Core Scientific's fit-out is genuinely unclear. I did not promote under_construction to operational on marketing tense alone. Worth a targeted check of Core Scientific's 10-Q or an earnings call transcript, which I did not reach this run.
Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
