No formal local rezoning/SUP filing yet as of the cited meeting — status set to 'permitted' cautiously based on land-disturbance-adjacent county process; confirm before elevating capacity figures (3GW is a stated potential ceiling from 10 substations, not a committed buildout). Status corrected to proposed: no formal permit or site plan filed as of the Nov 2024 Planning Commission buffer/landscaping discussion (still exploratory). 'Up to 3 GW' = ten 300 MW substations (a ceiling, not permitted capacity). Public-reception check (2026-09-10): North Creek Technology Campus (NCTC) is confirmed distinct from a THIRD AWS Louisa County proposal (near Northeast Creek Reservoir/Mineral) that Amazon withdrew 2025-07-25/28 after strong resident opposition ("Please don't Loudoun Louisa...
