What the source record says

Application LEGI-2024-0074. Ten data center buildings up to 100 feet tall, three electrical substations and a backup power storage facility on the east side of Evergreen Mills Road south of Watson Road, in Loudoun's Transition Policy Area near Goose Creek. Rezoning sought from Transitional Residential-10 to Industrial Park. Sources give different footprints — Loudoun Now reports 325 acres and 3.25 million sq ft; Loudoun Wildlife Conservancy reports 362 acres and up to 3.5 million sq ft — so no landAcres value is recorded here rather than picking between them. The southern half comprises 13 parcels of the Spring Valley subdivision with existing single-family homes; one parcel holds an 1880s house and a family cemetery.

Capacity is not ranked or totaled here.

Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
