What the source record says

TeraWulf's second Kentucky campus (alongside the Justified/Hawesville campus tracked separately). TeraWulf (Nasdaq: WULF), historically a bitcoin miner, repositioning toward HPC/AI. Muskie is a 285-acre site at EastPark Industrial Park (a 1,000-acre former strip mine). Planned 1+ GW phased: initial 500 MW ramp H2 2028, additional 500 MW targeted H2 2030. County discrepancy: local TV cites Boyd County, but Wikipedia and the Lane Report place EastPark primarily in Greenup County (site straddles Boyd/Greenup/Carter); Greenup used, city Ashland retained as the regional reference. INVESTMENT OMITTED: the $4B figure came from a Boyd County official, not TeraWulf's investor PR or 8-K. ~300 permanent jobs are official projections (in notes, not jobs). TeraWulf stated it will pay the full standard industrial tariff with no subsidies. Coordinates are the EastPark park centroid.

Capacity is not ranked or totaled here.

Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
