What the source record says

Second phoenixNAP data center, on a 6.54-acre parcel at 3221 E. Elwood St., across the street from the operator's 2010 facility. AZBEX reports 530,000 sq ft, roughly 15,000 racks at about 44 kW density, and initial capacity of 30 MW with potential to increase to 50 MW.
