What the source record says

Four data center buildings of roughly 200,000-220,000 sq ft each, about 70 feet tall, on 133 acres of county-owned I-2 heavy industrial land — the former Dominion Cove Point laydown site — paired with a pledged $30 million regional park on a separate Dominion-donated parcel. Capacity, water and jobs figures are developer-supplied. As of the county's data center page, no site plan application has been filed, and Calvert County's six-month moratorium on data center site plan approvals takes effect Aug. 28, 2026. Re-checked 2026-09-10: status confirmed PROPOSED, no change. Developer's own project page confirms 300 MW capacity (already in existing record, not re-filed) and states timelines remain 'subject to change...dependent upon final design development, regulatory approvals, and other factors' -- i.e. no firmer status yet. Attempted to fetch thebaynet.com's $30M-park and investment-cost coverage twice this run for investmentUsd and community.status but both returned HTTP 429 (rate-limited, not fetched) -- so no investmentUsd or community field is reported; those remain open for a future run against a non-rate-limited mirror.

Capacity is not ranked or totaled here.

Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
