Natelli Holdings proposed a 300 MW digital campus in New Hill, Wake County
- 2026-03-05 · reported cancelled
Natelli Holdings withdrew its annexation and rezoning applications for the New Hill Digital Campus in early March 2026 amid sustained community opposition (Protect Wake County Coalition); the Apex Town Council moved toward a one-year data-center moratorium. The developer said it may revisit only if Apex later adopts a comprehensive zoning text amendment permitting data centers — no re-filing as of July 2026.
