What the source record says
New campus on 490 acres south of Highway 58 and east of Panhandle Road, adjacent to the existing AVC17 campus and able to 'utilize nearby existing data center infrastructure' per the application. Three one-story data center buildings plus access roads, an on-site electrical substation and a water storage facility, to be built in two phases. Size and capacity were not disclosed. Application cites the southern Virginia Regional Network Group, where DCD reports existing data centers are outgrowing design capacity.
