What the source record says

A Microsoft Quincy campus distinct from the Columbia Data Center: Ecology permits them separately (22AQ-E035 for MWH, 25AQ-E009 for Columbia) and gives MWH its own address. Formerly permitted under the name 'Oxford'. Coordinates are the centroid of the OSM industrial-landuse polygon named for the facility. No IT-load capacity is asserted - the permit states emergency-generator ratings, which are not the same thing.

Capacity is not ranked or totaled here.

Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
