Coordinates are El Mirage city centroid; site is at SE corner of Dysart Rd and Olive Ave. Arizona's Sec. 41-1519 sales/use-tax exemption applies by statute but no campus-specific certified award was found; published job figures cover the combined West Valley (El Mirage/Goodyear) campus, not El Mirage alone.
