Carrier facility in the Entergy Tower at 639 Loyola Avenue, roughly 0.2 km from the tracked Cogent 650 Poydras site and 0.5 km from Fogo New Orleans - a different building and a different operator. Neither power nor floor area is published; no capacity is asserted here. Lumen also lists New Orleans 2, Metairie 1 and Baton Rouge 2 sites that I could not address-resolve this session.
