Main St. Building is ~12,000 sqft with ~6,000 sqft raised-floor colocation space; certifications (HIPAA, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, SOC 1/2, SSAE 18) are generic enterprise-colocation marks, not AI/GPU-specific, so no aiClassification is set. No capacity MW disclosed in any source. Akron City Council approved a 2026-07-27 conditional-use review ordinance for new data centers; Signal Akron names this facility explicitly as an existing site unaffected by the ordinance (not retroactive).
