What the source record says
77,000 sq ft Tier III data center in the Cheyenne Business Park east of Cheyenne along Interstate 80, built adjacent to EchoStar's satellite uplink and broadcast facility. Announced 2010-08-03 with completion expected by end of 2011; the 2026 Wyoming Business Council materials describe it in the present tense as a certified qualifying data center. Jobs are not recorded: the widely quoted 360-plus Cheyenne headcount covers the whole broadcast centre, an entity-level figure that must not be attributed to the data center. Coordinates approximate the Cheyenne Business Park, not a parcel-confirmed point.
