Proposed on the former ProMedica Hospital site off I-75 and North Dixie Highway, Frenchtown Township; site is zoned Planned Unit Development, allowing industrial use. ~200 acres; preliminary plans include a pedestrian/bike path and landscaped berms/tree buffers along North Dixie Highway. Cloverleaf's own FAQ describes it as still 'in the development phase' with a taxable investment of 'more than $1B' but does not disclose a MW capacity figure. Cloverleaf is already tracked elsewhere (MO, OK) as a data-center developer. Note: Cloverleaf's own FAQ page refers to the project once as 'Project Ironwood' -- unclear whether this is the same project under an earlier working name or a distinct nearby Cloverleaf site (a 'Project Ironwood' near Dundee/Milan Townships in the same county has been reported separately elsewhere); treated as one record here pending disambiguation in a future pass.
