What the source record says
CloudHQ markets the campus as "200 MWs Total Critical IT Load" across "one or two data centers" totalling "1,100,000 SF"; the City of Chaska describes a "Data center totaling approximately 1.5 million square feet in the West Creek Corporate Center" at 2007 Schoolmaster Dr. Chaska states "Cloud HQ has not applied for, and the City of Chaska has not offered, any form of tax relief or other subsidies." Coordinates are CloudHQ's own published campus point (44.81068, -93.63557), which sits ~200 m from the OSM point for the city-stated street address. Distinct from the two Chaska sites already tracked (Flexential MSP01 at 3500 Lyman Blvd and LightEdge at 1708 W Creek Ln).
Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
