What the source record says
A specific 25-acre BluSky AI parcel and building within Creekstone Energy's already-tracked Delta Gigasite campus (creekstone-delta-ut) — tracked separately because it is a distinct operator/tenant with its own land agreement, consistent with how this tracker distinguishes co-located operators elsewhere. Subsidies checked at the municipal tier (2026-09-05): no site-level subsidy found. Millard County Commissioner Bill Wright is on the record (Utah Business, Nov 2025) extending the county's standing "no special treatment" statement to name Creekstone Energy's Delta Gigasite — where BluSky AI holds a 50 MW agreement — specifically: "the county did not give either development any special treatment or incentives to bring the historic data centers to the area." Delta City's own Boards and Commissions page lists no Community Reinvestment Agency or Redevelopment Agency among its active public bodies. Utah's EDTIF programme excludes data centres and the UCA 59-12-104 exemption is self-executing.
Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
