What the source record says
Operator's own Dallas page lists DFWA (DFW VII) at 1813 Lookout Drive, Garland, TX 75044, status 'Fully Leased' (i.e. operational), 43 MW / 275,000 SF. Official name uses 'DFWA'/'DFW VII', not the OSM tag 'DFWA' alone -- matches.
