Subsidies checked at the municipal tier (2026-09-08): no site-level subsidy found. West Valley City's Redevelopment Agency reports tax-increment activity only in aggregate by project area (Fund 22 adopted budget; ACFR FY2024-2025 Note 15, per Utah Code 17C-1-605(1)) — no per-recipient breakout in either document, and no filing names Senawave. The nearest named project area, Decker Lake, shows $0 tax increment collected in every year since FY2020-21 and does not appear in the current ACFR disclosure at all, so no RDA subsidy is currently active in that area regardless of parcel boundaries. Utah's EDTIF programme excludes data centres and the UCA 59-12-104 exemption is self-executing.
