Petitioner Prologis, L.P. as contract purchaser across 16 parcels totalling roughly 540 acres east of Eldamain Road between Corneils Road and Galena Road. Plans as revised in March 2026 call for 16 data center buildings totalling over 9 million sq ft plus three electrical substations, built in three phases over about 20 years, with first-phase construction anticipated in summer 2027. Power capacity has not been disclosed. Coordinates are the centre of the described parcel boundaries and are approximate.
