What the source record says

Carrier-neutral colocation across floors of the 1929 Sharp Building at 206 S. 13th Street in downtown Lincoln, opened October 2013. Coordinates are the OpenStreetMap building match for that address (display name "Sharp, 206, South 13th Street, Downtown, Lincoln, Lancaster County, Nebraska, 68508"), not a recalled geocode. Operationally interconnected with the operator's Omaha carrier hotel at 1623 Farnam, which this tracker already carries as a separate site — this is the Lincoln site, not a duplicate of it. Capacity, floor area and utility feeds are not asserted: the source describes redundant UPS, four Lincoln Electric System circuits and redundant CRAC cooling but publishes no MW or square-footage figure. Operator name is as printed in the source; the 1623 Farnam site is marketed under Nebraska Data Centers, so verify the current corporate name before publishing.

Capacity is not ranked or totaled here.

Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
