What the source record says
Downtown Lincoln colocation and hosting provider built inside a former Federal Reserve Bank vault; the operator also references a "Sharp Annex" alongside "The Vault" without stating whether they are separate buildings. Binary Net acquired Lincoln Data Centers/LDI. No power, floor-area or capacity figure is published by the operator, so none is recorded. Coordinates are a geocode of the operator's stated address. Same class of facility as the already-tracked Omaha colocation records (Scott Data Center, 1623 Farnam, TierPoint, LightEdge, H5), and the first Lincoln colocation site in the dataset.
Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
