What the source record says
191 E. Miller Ave, Akron, Summit County — same street address as Ark Data Centers Akron I but a physically separate ("4th-generation") building, per the operator's own materials describing "two purpose-built, concurrently maintainable facilities" totaling 52,000+ sq ft. 10,000 sq ft / 300 racks, 1MW utility power with a 1MW N+1 diesel generator, 2N battery UPS. Uptime Institute-certified Tier III — the only Tier certification found across any of the Ark/Involta Ohio sites researched. ENERGY STAR certified 2023. Fiber-ring-connected to the company's Independence, OH facility. No AI/HPC-specific marketing found (one customer testimonial referencing AI describes a tenant's healthcare application, not the operator's own infrastructure marketing).
Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
