TIA-942-certified, 830,000 sq ft on a 43-acre campus, 30 MW with 2N redundancy, N+1 cooling/UPS, ISO 50001/14001 certified, PUE as low as 1.2. Acquired by Iron Mountain in January 2018 as part of a $1.34B acquisition of IO Data Centers' US portfolio (which also included sites in Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Columbus, OH), per the operator's own site. Hosts 180+ customers including 20+ carriers and two IXPs. Coordinate provenance (resolved 2026-09-12): Iron Mountain's own location page embeds a Google Maps link containing TWO coordinate pairs from two different Place IDs. This record uses 40.5210834,-74.3473835 — the pair the link anchors directly to the literal address string "3003 Woodbridge Ave, Edison, NJ 08837, USA" — which sits ~29 m from the independently-mapped OpenStreetMap building tagged "IO Datacenter" at the same address. The other page-stated pair (40.5216986,-74.3461546) carries no address string and lands ~145 m away; a naive extraction returns it, since the page labels neither. Both page-stated pairs are ~1.8-1.9 km from the US Census geocoder's point for this address, which interpolates along the street centre line and is wrong here.
