What the source record says

Data Center Frontier (retrieved 2026-09-12): 'NY3, a new 300,000 sq ft facility, is under construction on the Secaucus campus,' first phase supporting roughly 1,200 colocation cabinets at 9-10 kW average density — described there as Equinix's largest planned NY-metro site. Status recorded here as under_construction on that basis; however Inflect's current listing for the same address already shows marketed/usable leasing space figures, so this facility may have since opened or begun partial delivery. Flagged for re-verification on a future pass rather than asserted as still under construction today.

Capacity is not ranked or totaled here.

Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
