What the source record says
Multi-tenant colocation/interconnection facility (cloud on-ramps to AWS/GCP, FASTER subsea cable peering); no AI/HPC-specific marketing found. A widely-repeated ~7.8MW capacity claim is unconfirmed by any source and is omitted; aggregator sites converge on ~5.0MW but that figure traces only to an aggregator page, not a direct primary fetch, so it is likewise omitted rather than asserted. Equinix's own product page returned HTTP 403 to direct fetch this pass; existence/address confirmed via Baxtel, PeeringDB, and OSM instead. Distinct building from the adjacent Equinix LA4 (445 North Douglas Street) on the same El Segundo campus. Coordinates are an approximate building-centroid geocode (OSM), not a parcel-confirmed point.
Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
