What the source record says
Address: 2835 Bilter Rd, Aurora IL (DuPage County). Total campus planned at 96 MW across three buildings. Explicitly purpose-built for high-density AI workloads. Coordinates approximate for Bilter Rd area of north Aurora; address confirmed in operator press release. A confirmed capex figure of ~$300M covers the first building (ORD01-1) only, not the ~96 MW three-building campus; construction-workforce figures (~2,000 full campus) are projections. No Illinois DCEO data-center exemption certification was found for Edged.
Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
