Goodman broke ground on the three-story building at 3094 E Vernon Avenue in March 2025 and topped out the shell in September 2025; the first 6 MW is scheduled for December 2026 with the remaining 26 MW staged through September 2027 — so the site is past the proposed stage recorded on the line.
