Capacity corrected/clarified: DataBank's current live product page states 7.2MW critical IT load / 55,239 IT sq ft (independently corroborated by a DataCenterMap aggregator listing); DataBank's own 2022-2023 expansion press materials instead cite a 7.5MW/60,000 sq ft total-capacity target, which is not a contradiction but an older total-capacity framing rather than the current critical-IT-load figure. aiClassification set to 'likely' on the strength of an 'HPC Capable' designation and '40kW+ Cab Density Air' cooling spec on DataBank's own page, though this is a general multi-tenant colo facility rather than a dedicated AI/GPU campus. Distinct from the already-tracked EdgeConneX SDG01 (5761 Copley Drive, Kearny Mesa) - different operator and neighborhood (this site is in Rancho Bernardo/Carmel Mountain Ranch). Coordinates are an approximate geocode, not a parcel-confirmed point.
