What the source record says
Sited at the northwest corner of Thayer and Clark roads in unincorporated Talkington Township, about 14 miles southwest of Springfield. Building program shifted between filings: six 250,000 sq ft buildings at application, four 450,000 sq ft buildings as reported in June 2026. Construction was expected to start summer 2026.
