What the source record says
Edge colocation facility at 1205 Technology Parkway, Cedar Falls; acquired from Connect Des Moines June 2024 alongside DSM1. Owned/operated by Cologix (not a tenancy). Confirmed via Cologix's own DSM2 facility page: 24,000 sq ft facility with 6,000 sq ft colocation currently built out, 1MW site capacity via (3) 750kW generator+UPS, with room to add another 10,000 sq ft / 1MW later (not counted here — reporting live capacity only).
