Existing Bitmain/Bitdeer Bitcoin mining site operational since May 2020 (property acquired 2018 via Commercial Purchase and Sale Agreement with Kemet Foil Manufacturing LLC, 9.88 acres / 77,678 sq ft industrial building). The 20-F discloses an active conversion to AI cloud use: Phase 1 (37MW) targeted Q4 2026, Phase 2 (49MW) targeted Q1 2027, against 86MW total electrical capacity in use as of 2026-03-31. Coordinates are an approximate parcel-area estimate for the South National Drive industrial corridor in Knox County (near APN 110-02627 per public tax-assessment/LoopNet listing) since no geocoder was available in-session to pin the exact parcel centroid — flagging for a follow-up precision pass if the site is approved. Crypto-mining site converting to AI (Bitdeer 20-F): Phase 1 37 MW targeted Q4 2026, Phase 2 49 MW Q1 2027; zero AI capacity live today (the existing 86 MW is legacy mining load being phased out). Status re-checked 2026-09-09: no change. Bitdeer's own filing still describes the Knoxville AI conversion as in design/build with a Q4 2026 target, so the record stays under_construction.
