What the source record says
321-acre rezoning filed via BLE Holdings LLC / BLE Landholdings LLC, SW/4 of Section 26, Township 15N, Range 6W, Kingfisher County — legal descriptions and Kingfisher County parcel numbers 0000-26-15N-06W-3-000-00, -3-001-00, -3-002-00, -3-003-00 (plus an adjacent 5th parcel, -4-000-00) per the city's own PUD filing. Bounded by E 870 Rd (N), N 2920 Rd (E), Azalea St NW (S), N 2910 Rd (W). City vote delayed for further review as of source date. This is a distinct, separate, competing site from Cloverleaf's 630-acre 'Project Open Sky' proposal also in Piedmont (different parcels, different developer, different acreage) — despite sharing a host city, do not conflate the two (both independently confirmed as separate projects via direct source verification). No primary-sourced capacity or investment figure was found for this specific site — omitted rather than guessed.
Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
