AVAIO Digital Partners (Stamford, CT) signed a purchase agreement with the Appomattox County EDA for a 452-acre site (also cited as 442 acres) north of the town of Appomattox, accessible via US 460 and VA 26. The site is zoned for data-center use; construction is planned in phases through 2027-2028. Power via Central Virginia Electric Cooperative and Dominion Energy. Not previously tracked under any name.
