What the source record says
Enterprise colocation facility at 5055 Rec Drive, Marion (Cedar Rapids metro); rebranded from Involta to Ark Data Centers in May 2024 (Involta acquired by Carlyle Group funds Feb 2022). Owns/operates the building — not a tenancy. IMPORTANT DISCREPANCY: the operator's own site (fetched directly) states 810kW total facility capacity ('750 kW Diesel Generator (N+1)'), which is what I used for capacityMw. Third-party aggregator listings (datacenters.com, baxtel, dchub — not independently fetched with numeric confirmation) variously describe this same site as a '12 MW' or '20 MW enterprise center' — a >10x discrepancy from the primary source. Flagging for human review rather than picking a number I can't verify; recommend treating 0.81MW as current/critical load and the larger figures as unconfirmed campus/enterprise-park branding.
Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
