What the source record says
Standalone 12,000 sq ft colocation retrofit facility with a 160-ton cooling plant, 12-inch raised floor, and 3x203kW UPS units for AC customer backup (365datacenters.com spec sheet, retrieved 2026-09-13). A total facility power-capacity figure of ~4.5MW appears on third-party aggregator/broker sites (datacenterhawk, inflect) but was not confirmed against a primary source this session, so capacityMw is omitted rather than guessed. Coolant/water system details were not stated on the pages fetched, so `water` is omitted. Originally built in 2000 as a Switch & Data facility, acquired by Equinix in 2010, and sold to 365 Data Centers in November 2012 (per baxtel.com).
Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
