This is a source-attributed discovery row. It can help you find a place and its citations; it is not a DataCenterData finding that the facility is distinct or currently operating.

What the source record says
Carrier-neutral colocation, home of the DET-iX Michigan internet exchange. Operator announcement dated 2025-09-24 (retrieved 2026-09-09) states a 4 MW expansion; that is the increment added, not a facility total, so capacityMw is omitted rather than recorded as 4. The announcement states liquid- and air-cooled capacity aimed at GPU clusters and AI inference, hence aiClassification mixed_use for a general-purpose colo that explicitly sells AI capacity. No investment, jobs, or incentive figures are stated. 123NET's own site lists further Southfield buildings (DC2, DC3); those were not confirmed against a fetched operator page in this run and are therefore not proposed here. Coordinates geocoded from the street address in the announcement; parcel not confirmed.
Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
