The acquisition announcement states 3 MW immediately available out of 6 MW total utility power and generator capacity; capacityMw.operational records that 6 MW figure, which is utility-plus-generator capacity rather than a measured IT load. Coordinates are a street-address geocode (two OSM address points exist at this address ~110 m apart), hence precision "approximate".
