Checked 11 September 2026

The expiration of Hammond's CoreWeave agreement means the existing Digital Crossroad data center closed.

What the evidence supports

Hammond says the separate agreement for the proposed 301 Digital Crossroads expansion expired. City records identify CoreWeave as an existing tenant at the operating 100 Digital Crossroads facility. The failed expansion and existing DX-1 site are not the same lifecycle event.
