Technology Park Data Center Project

On March 18, 2026, the Bossier Parish Police Jury unanimously approved the Benton MPC final plat for the Technology Park supporting a new Amazon data center, according to the parish news release posted March 20, 2026. The same release says the development includes a proposal by Stack Infrastructure/AWS to rezone and subdivide more than 1,000 acres. These records support an approved land-development project. They do not establish construction, operation, current land title, an operator legal role, a street address, a building count, or any IT-load figure. An earlier conceptual rezoning without a named tenant is not treated as the current status.
