The relocated, downsized successor to the developer's 267-acre 'Project Lincoln' proposal off Highway 53, which is tracked separately as cancelled. The new site is the roughly 88-acre Sauerbeck Family Drive-In property on D.W. Griffith Lane off Commerce Parkway; the drive-in's owner has said he would try to relocate his business within Oldham County if the sale proceeds, and the sale is not assured. The Kentucky Energy Planning and Inventory Commission's report and the Kentucky Lantern project tracker both still list the Oldham County project as planned as of mid-2026. Capacity, building count, square footage and investment for this new site are not established by the sources cited here and are deliberately omitted. Coordinates are the OpenStreetMap record for the drive-in property.
