What the source record says
Subsidies checked at the municipal tier (2026-09-05): no site-level subsidy found. Voonami's 510 East Technology Way site sits inside the Canyon Park Technology Center, associated with Orem's Project 85-02 — but the same 2019 RDA minutes establishing only Project 90-08 remained active confirm 85-02 had already stopped collecting tax increment years before any current-year subsidy could apply, and current FY2026-27 RDA activity is entirely at the unrelated University Place CDA. No source names Voonami in any Orem RDA record. Utah's EDTIF programme excludes data centres and the UCA 59-12-104 exemption is self-executing.
Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
