Capacity is deliberately omitted: the same publisher reports this project at 200 MW in one story and 300 MW in another, and that conflict is unresolved from the sources read. Reported to include 102 diesel generators and on-site wetlands, sited near the Fayetteville Public Works Commission generation plant and the town of Eastover. Distinct from Terra Nexus's Rockingham (Richmond County) site and from the separately tracked PRSM Group and Energy Storage Solutions Cumberland County proposals.
