What the source record says
Unincorporated Maricopa County near Surprise, AZ, north of Luke AFB. Construction targeted Q3 2026, first building online 2028. Coordinates are approximate. Coordinates corrected 2026-08-31 to the filed parcel (501-43-016A) in the southwest quarter of Section 28, Township 3 North, Range 1 West. The previously stored point fell roughly 8.2 miles NNW, in a different township. The 160-acre parcel holds the turbine yard, the data center buildings and the APS substation together, so a single approximate point represents the whole campus.
Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
