STACK's first tracked East Bay CA site (existing STACK entries stack-svy01-ca/San Jose and stack-svy02-ca/Santa Clara are both South Bay). 300,000 sq ft campus at Production Ave/Investment Blvd: 3-story primary data center building + 1-story secondary building, height 100ft (+8ft variance approved); site plan also shows frontage on Eden Landing Road, treated as the same 11.3-acre parcel, not a separate site. energy.onSiteGenerationMw reflects the CEC SPPE-disclosed backup-generator capacity (28 generators across two yards, docket 23-SPPE-01) - this is NOT a disclosed IT/critical-load figure; no whole-facility IT MW is publicly disclosed anywhere. The 76.6 MW figure supersedes the original CEQA filing's 67.2 MW. Jobs figures (41 permanent, ~380 construction) are single-sourced to local press (Tri City Voice; Hayward Herald ran the same underlying story). Coordinates are a geocoded street-address point, not parcel-confirmed.
