What the source record says
Identified via a 2022 Puget Sound Energy interconnection filing describing a 958MW STACK data center in 'study phase,' sited on a portion of a 700-acre former aluminum smelter (ex-Lockheed Martin) near the John Day Dam. STACK has not publicly confirmed its involvement.
Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
