Subsidies checked at the municipal tier (2026-09-08): no site-level subsidy found. Cottonwood Heights' Community Development and Renewal Agency (CDRA, established 2006) has created exactly one project area in its history — the Canyon Centre CDA at 3700 East 7000 South, a different site — and its dedicated financial analysis (LRB Public Finance Advisors, Feb 2024) does not mention this address or Regence. No Cottonwood Heights or Salt Lake County filing found naming Regence in connection with an incentive, subsidy, RDA, or abatement. Utah's EDTIF programme excludes data centres and the UCA 59-12-104 exemption is self-executing. Note: no source confirms this address houses a data center rather than Regence's general Utah corporate/insurance office.
