What the source record says
Subsidies checked at the municipal tier (2026-09-08): no site-level subsidy found. Cottonwood Heights' CDRA (created 2006) has established exactly one project area citywide, Canyon Centre CDA (3700 East 7000 South, at Fort Union Blvd/Wasatch Blvd) — a materially different location from this site at 6340 South 3000 East — per a 2024 CDRA project-area analysis; no other project area or agreement is documented. Utah's EDTIF programme excludes data centres and the UCA 59-12-104 exemption is self-executing.
Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
