One of four Massena-area data-center initiatives named in May 2026 local coverage of the NYISO large-load requests (alongside an NCCS expansion, a former-Sears conversion and a Petawatt Holdings substation). No megawatt figure is recorded here: a 250 MW interconnection request is attributed to this project by a third-party tracker whose capacity fields are behind a paywall and could not be read, and the news account's only stated figure — 1,935 MW as the largest pending request — is not attributed to any named project. Entity-name spelling varies between sources ("American Data Center Partners LLC" / "American Data Centers Partners, LLC"). Coordinates are a street-address geocode.
