What the source record says
Navajo Nation-owned colocation and HPC facility in the Mesa del Sol development in south Albuquerque; ~130,000 sq ft building on a 30-acre site with 8 MW available and a full-buildout potential of 80,000 sq ft of white space. A projected $100-150 million figure in the source is for the full campus build-out, not a booked site investment, so investmentUsd is deliberately omitted. Ownership should be re-verified before any future edit — the cited source is from 2015 and describes what NOVA built, not necessarily who operates it today. Coordinate is a Mesa del Sol locality approximation.
Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
Status history supplied by the source
